"GREAT COMPANY"
I HAVE PURCHASED FROM THIS COMPANY TWICE, THE FIRST TIME, YEARS AGO AND I STILL HAVE THE LINENS AND TOWELS LIKE NEW. THE QUALITY OF MY PRODUCTS EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS.
MY LAST PURCHASE WAS SOMETHING I WISHED TO RETURN AND ONLY AFTER SENDING AN E-MAIL REGARDING MY ISSUE, THIS COMPANY REFUNDED NO QUESTIONS ASKED, I WAS VERY SURPRISED AND PLEASED.
I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AND IF ANYONE HAS AN ISSUE WITH THEIR PURCHASE JUST CONTACT THEM VIA PHONE OR EMAIL, I AM SURE THEY WILL HANDLE IT APPROPRIATELY, DON'T POST NEGATIVE REVIEWS IF THE ISSUE CAN BE HANDLED PRIVATELY.

"Love my down comforter"
My mom LaVerne bought@ least 10 down comforters from here. All various sizes. They are 10-15 years old & still have almost all their down

I have to agree about the idiotic buy your own label policy. every other online retailer i have ever dealt with provides a return label. i have no problem with having the return postage deducted from my refund. i do have a problem having to stand in line at the post office to send it back.
