It actually keeps me warm without making me feel like I’m trapped in a plastic bag, which is apparently a lot to ask. Breathes really nicely and stays comfortable.

"Packed really well"
The box showed up in great shape and everything was packed really nicely. Nothing was crushed or damaged at all, and I even got the email receipt right away, so the whole order felt smooth.

I had to exchange a comforter for a different size, and the process ended up being painless. The only annoying part was that the communication at the start wasn’t super clear, so I wasn’t totally sure what step I was supposed to take next. Once I got in touch with customer service, they replied quickly and helped sort it out. The new comforter showed up in good shape, so overall I’m happy with how it turned out.

I ordered a comforter from The Company Store and I have to say, it was super comfortable right out of the package. It’s not too heavy or too light, and it’s soft without that stiff new-bedding feel. Shipping was totally fine too. I’ve definitely been sleeping better with it, so overall I’m happy with it. My only small hesitation is that I’m not totally sure how well it’ll hold up after a few washes, but so far it’s been really nice.

"Actually nice bedding, for once"
I ordered a cotton duvet cover and a set of sheets, they’re really nice. The fabric is soft without feeling flimsy, which apparently isn’t a given these days. I washed everything and, shockingly, nothing shrank weirdly or came out looking sad. The colors also matched the photos, which was a pleasant little surprise. So far, I’m happy with the quality.

"Return process was painless"
I ended up returning a duvet cover because the color just didn’t work in my room. Getting the return label was straightforward, and the refund came through sooner than I thought it would. Nothing amazing, but it was easy and didn’t turn into a hassle.

"Sizing was actually right"
Well... I ordered a cotton robe and pajama set and actually used the size chart for once. Both pieces fit pretty much exactly how I expected, not too tight and not awkwardly long. I was relieved because online sizing can be such a gamble. I’d feel fine ordering my normal size again.

I ended up returning a blanket from The Company Store because I trusted my first guess on the size and, well, my instinct was definitely off this time. The blanket itself was totally fine, I just ordered the wrong size.
I figured the refund might take a while, but it came through quickly after they received the return. I’m sure it was only a few days, which was a nice surprise.
The whole thing was easy and there wasn’t any annoying back and forth. I’d order from them again, and next time I’ll probably trust my instinct a little less and double-check the size first.

"Pretty okay overall"
The sheets showed up fine and they feel decent, but it took longer than I expected to get here. The color also looked a little different in person, so that was kind of a bummer. Overall, it was okay.

I did end up finding what I needed on The Company Store, so it wasn’t a total hassle, but the site felt kind of clunky. A few pages loaded slower than I expected, and the filters weren’t always that useful, which meant I had to keep digging around on my own.
Checkout worked fine once I got there, but I felt like I had to do more clicking and backtracking than should be necessary. It’s not a terrible website, just average, and browsing on my phone could definitely be smoother.

"Made my room look effortlessly put together"
I’m really happy with this duvet cover. Once I put it on the bed, the whole room instantly looked cleaner and more styled without feeling overdone. The colors are really nice in person too, simple, fresh, and not too busy. It’s one of those pieces that makes a difference right away

I have to agree about the idiotic buy your own label policy. every other online retailer i have ever dealt with provides a return label. i have no problem with having the return postage deducted from my refund. i do have a problem having to stand in line at the post office to send it back.
